These Terms are a binding agreement between you and SkyberTeam Ltd. (Company ID 516817624).
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must keep account information accurate.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, violate laws, abuse systems, or infringe third-party rights.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
- Plans, prices, billing interval, and auto-renew details are shown at checkout.
- Web/direct billing may be processed by BlueSnap.
- On iOS/Android, in-app digital subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store / Google Play when required by platform rules.
- Store purchases are also subject to Apple/Google terms and billing controls.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
See Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory local law rights override these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and all related IP are owned by SkyberTeam Ltd. or its licensors.
6. Warranty and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
