1. Information We Collect
- Account data (name, email, provider IDs)
- List, signup, and participant data entered in the service
- Billing metadata (plan, amount, status, invoice/transaction IDs)
- Usage and diagnostics data (IP, app version, device, logs)
- Support communications
We do not store full card numbers. Card processing is handled by payment providers such as BlueSnap and, when applicable, Apple/Google stores.
2. How We Use Data
- Operate the service and authenticate users
- Process subscriptions/payments and send transactional notifications
- Prevent fraud/abuse and secure accounts
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve product reliability and performance
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers/subprocessors, payment and platform providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
- Account/profile data: account deletion + 30 days
- Billing/audit data: 7 years
- Logs/diagnostics: 180 days
