End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: February 12, 2026
This EULA governs use of the Shibutzon app provided by SkyberTeam Ltd..
1. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal or internal organizational use.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse the app except where law permits.
3. Ownership
The app and all intellectual property rights remain with SkyberTeam Ltd. and licensors.
4. Third-Party Terms
Apple App Store and Google Play builds may be subject to additional platform terms.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Liability limitations apply as stated in our Terms.
6. Governing Law
State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
7. Apple Notice
This agreement is between you and SkyberTeam Ltd., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance/support for the app and is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
